The Grace of God our Savior hath appeared to all men, instructing us that, denying ungodliness and worldly desires, we should live soberly, and justly, and godly in this world, looking for the blessed hope and coming of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ, Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us form all iniquity, and might cleanse to Himself a people acceptable, a pursurer of good workd.  These things speak, and exhort:  in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Titus 2, 11-15

Blessed is the man who hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly
Psalm 1:1

I'm going off the same theory that I hold for all end of the world theories.

1) I don't believe or practice anything else from the religious group that made the prediction. Why should I pick this one now to believe?
2) No one shall know the hour nor the day of the coming of the Lord. They say they have it down to a day.
3) Even if it's true what am I going to do about it? Besides we pray for the end of the world every Sunday, if I ask long enough I shouldn't be surprised when I get it.

At only 19 I have already seen 3 or 4, end of the world scares (I was old enough to recall Y2K, I remember 6/6/06, and I remember hiding in my house wondering if they were going to bomb the nuclear plant after 9/11) I figure by the time I'm 50 (assuming the world doesn't actually end by then) I'll have seen enough to write a book about them all and call it "The Endings".

It would be an irony if it ended when you were 49 though.

It's gotta end one day.
