okay, it's time to set up another KC Fisheaters get together. I'm thinking either the Thanksgiving weekend or sometime over the Christmas holiday since there are so many of the fisheater members whose lives revolve around the school year.
I've been in contact with WhollyroaminCatholic and he's up for the idea.
The last meeting was on the Kansas side so I guess in fairness this time we have to meet somewhere over in the hood, I mean Missouri. Any suggestions?

I second Harlings. And I move to accomodate Jovan's travel schedule as best as possible. Will you be coming back in time for Real Thanksgiving?

Depending on when you folks do it, I could make it down from Chicago. I vote December-ish
KC is a nice place, and worth going back to.

I propose 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 29, 2009, the fourth day of Kwanzaa, at the inimitable Harling's Upstairs Bar and Grill. http://www.yelp.com/biz/harlings-upstairs-bar-and-grill-kansas-cityNota Bene: despite the suffix "Bar and Grill", I've never seen any food in the place. All in favor, please signify by typing "Ita".

oh, I'd love to.
at least for a few days.
we could make snowmen!
real ones, not the scrape-the-dumb-sleet-off-the-hood-of-the-car chintzy ones.
Then it would be back to redmudville for me.

Today's the day! So far, it's timjp77 and me, and a couple of Fisheaters with whom I've corresponded off-forum. See you there!
