Three things come immediately to mind. He inserted the name of St Joseph into the Canon, removed the word 'perfidious' from the Good Friday Prayer for the Jews and reorganised the classification of feasts. I'm sure there are those here who will point out other changes.

Here is a link with a chart of the changes: http://www.traditionalmass.org/articles/article.php?id=18&catname=6.

For clairification, I don't agree with all the theological positions of the author of the comparison, nor do I think all of the differences are significant, nor bad.  But, it does seem to be a fair and factual comparison of the differences.

A little-known fact is that in the 1962 Missal, the "second Confiteor" (the one between the priest's Communion and the people's Communion) plus the following Misereatur and Indulgentiam are omitted. From what I've seen, the vast majority of TLM's ignore this omission and continue to use them at Mass.

In addition, at the solemn Mass, the celebrant no longer privately recites the Epistle and Gospel while the subdeacon and deacon read them aloud. He sits/stands and listens instead. Also, it is licit for the celebrant to remain at the altar during the Gloria and Credo rather than go down to the sedilia to sit.

According to the site posted by moneil, the Benedicamus Domino is abolished. Really?

At my parish (Mater Ecclesiae in NJ) Father still prays the Benedicamus Domino, but does not use the second confiteor.

The Calendar related changes of the quoted list below were ordered in 1955 by Pius XII, the 1960 rubrics only inserted it to the new revised set. St Joseph was brought into the office in 1962 with the typical edition
