Here are some resources for anyone wanting some Catholic perspective on philosophical issues.

http://iteadthomam.blogspot.com/ blog, very good for Thomistic resources (incl. works out of print, or very hard to come by), includes some Scholastic disputations.

http://radicalacademy.com/prcminicourseindex.htm mini-courses on the various disciplines within philosophy, i.e.: metaphysics, logic, epistemology, cosmology etc.

http://radicalacademy.com/philaquinasmdw0.htm "The Philosophical System of Thomas Aquinas"

http://www.lifeissues.net/writers/mcm/ph/ph_01philosophyyouth1.html "An Introduction to Philosophy for Young People" (or anyone, for that matter)

http://www.aquinasonline.com/ Another good overview of key doctrines of Saint Thomas

http://maritain.nd.edu/jmc/aristotl.htm here's a collection of various works, mostly from late 19th to early 20th century. Mostly deals with things from a Thomistic basis.

...Let's add to this list shall we?

From Notre Shame, surprisingly. Just ignore the works of the modernist Maritain and scroll down to 'The Thomistic Revival' where there are links to many pre-Conciliar Thomistic works, including Desire, Cardinal Mercier's 'Elements of Logic'.
