I find it absolutely astonishing that people can do a job for years and remain so ignorant about what goes on in the clinic they are "executive director" of.

Can't these people access YouTube? If she saw an ultrasound of her own baby at 12 weeks three years before, why did she think that the other babies being aborted were any the less human? Doesn't basic logic suggest that all 12 week old babies are going to look much the same on ultrasound?

This level of ignorance makes me question whether people truly have meaningful feel will. How can you have feel will if you can remain convinced it is minus 10 outside when even a glance out of the window of your house would tell you it was hot and sunny? Even her comment about the baby moving away from the probe is a purely emotional comment. She does not know why that baby moved. My children have all twitched and moved during the Ultrasound procedure. Besides, is she saying that had the baby not moved away it would really have been giving its consent to be killed? "I can't be bothered to move, so just kill me". If most womens brains work like this I'm beginning to have sympathy for Bishop Williamson's view of the fairer sex.

She was not just a legal secretary who got busy watching Friends and Sex and the City. She ran a clinic! She must have butted up against these issues all of the time. The evidence is immediately available at the click of a mouse to anyone who wants to take a balanced view of abortion and has been for at least 10 years on-line and 25 years for the price of an Stamped Addressed Envelope.

I don't doubt that there are a million people this profoundly out of touch with reality and unable to think, but it bothers me how such people ever merit either Heaven or Hell because they seem to be on Dummy Dum-Dum Autopilot for 99.9% of their life; and some even more. How can you be responsible for any of your sins if you are so profoundly unwilling or unable or incapable of getting your shit together and researching what it is you do for a living?

If this woman didn't know, then what about the guards at Auschwitz? Presumeably they weren't all hanging around the showers and so didn't see exactly what went on either? What would their generation have made of a Nazi guard who said, "once I saw a video of what went on in the shower rooms I had a change of heart and decided to resign from the SS". Until then I really thought that the inmates were being well treated.
