I haven't heard anything about it, but then again, isn't that obvious from his previous movies?
Anyway, anybody see "American Carol?" It's a spoof of Michael Moore with inspiration of Christmas Carol thrown in.

It's very amatuer. If not for the big neocon names interviewed it would not have been releasable.

It's very amatuer. If not for the big neocon names interviewed it would not have been releasable. Definitely my impression. It seemed his arguments were, well pat, not really 'arguments.' He points out that MIchael Moore plays loose with the facts, but I don't see his case that America is, by default, some sort of utopia either... I also thought he appealed to emotion a lot (which is annoying, especially while he claims to not condescend to his viewers as Michael Moore does). I thought it a bit odd that he "spent a year and a half and every penny he had" to make a movie, that he ostensibly made because of the birth of his daughter. How exactly is spending all your money on a vanity and taking a year and a half traveling leaving your infant daughter behind, model parenting??

It was obvious that he was out of his element and not experienced enough to tackle this subject. The producer seems to be the brains behind the production and not Michael Wilson. Michael Moore needs a good skewering but neocon types can't pull it off because they themselves are just as slippery.

Y'know, I'm not so sure on this point. I mean, Michael Moore doesn't exactly represent himself as anything but what he is. I mean, I've read at least one of his books where he actually said he's a socialist. He repeatedly condemns our version of capitalism, etc. I don't think he actually misrepresents himself. He has published that's he's a socialist (at least once that I know of). The GOP of today, especially congress and punditry are total lemon socialists, whereby they want to socialize risk but privatize the profits. They represent this as 'free market capitalism'

His image as the indefatigable maverick who hunts down corruption in between bites of Big Macs is just posturing. He doesn't tackle any dangerous issues. He's a darling of the left. That says about everything.

I may begrudgingly have to give him credit for some degree of honesty - he's doing better than MSNBC.

A good friend and worthy adversary.
Live your life in such a way that every morning when your feet hit the floor...Satan shudders and says..."Oh No...he's AWAKE!"
Sometimes the Internet reminds me of being in a chicken coop with an infinite number of Chicken Littles at any given millisecond dodging pieces of their falling skies.
There is a subtle difference between "invincible ignorance" and intolerably stupid.

I have seen "American Carol" and it was hilarious. I liked it. I also like Celsius 41.11. I got it on video but I don't know if it's available online. It's a spoof on Fahrenheit 9/11. Actually, it exposes the facts among Moore-ons lies. Here is a trailer...

I've never heard of Celsius 41.11.
You said it's on video? Would any of the main video rental stores or Netflix have it?
