Not only are they not part of the SSPV, but the other thread going on right now has demonstrated that it is established quite without a doubt that the Episcopal orders of Bp. Clarence Kelly are undoubtedly valid. As you may or may not know, Bp. Kelly is the "Bishop of the SSPV," and heads the organization.

I claim that, if Sam desires the Sacrament of Confirmation, I would have no issue with his going to Kelly. Required is Sam's desire to receive the Sacrament.

I question the comment that if you aren't a sedevacantist the SSPV won't confirm you. I have never known that to be the case. That is bad information.
