I claim that, if Sam desires the Sacrament of Confirmation, I would have no issue with his going to Kelly. Required is Sam's desire to receive the Sacrament.

I question the comment that if you aren't a sedevacantist the SSPV won't confirm you. I have never known that to be the case. That is bad information.
