My daughter, who just turned 3 and is autistic, and I are really having a lot of problems.  She's all of a sudden developed all sorts of behavior problems she didn't have before (how much of it is autism and how much of it is 3 is really difficult to distinguish, even for experienced therapists- the nature of the demon) and not only is it making our household really kind of miserable, it's turning my relationship with her to where I don't even really like her all that much anymore, which of course makes things worse.

 

Please pray that God will change my heart and attitude towards her, and that we'll get some solutions.  It breaks my heart to feel this way about one of my children.

Prayers for you and your daughter, may Mary and Joseph guide you in this delicate and difficult situation.

Sara: It may help to concentrate on your duty to her as her mother emphasizing your willingness to please God despite the difficulties you face. Offer up your struggle for the spiritual and physical wellbeing of your daughter.

 

And of course pray for help.

 

I will offer prayers to St. Rita and St. Monica for you.
