A paradise called Europe (skit)
“Oh, how fortunate, how privileged, how truly blessed are we to be citizens of this blissful European paradise, a paradise we so long to share with other nations and to export to undemocratic, unenlightened countries like Iraq and Iran – even if, for their own good, we have to totally obliterate them in the process! “Living in a land of free speech and respect for human rights, we are allowed to eat of any tree in our European paradise, except the one in the middle of the garden, the Tree of the Knowledge of Jewish Evil. Our trusty media never fail to remind us that only the unhinged would even contemplate approaching this tree. It would seem that its fruit leads to a strange, loosely-diagnosed disease labelled ‘antisemitism’, apparently very contagious.
“Fortunately for us, however, our ever-vigilant thought-police take care of such dangerous, misguided individuals (see picture above). Naturally they have to dress up like Spiderman in order to avoid being recognised by the public and overwhelmed with gratitude. On the other hand, the thought-criminals usually dress up in suits, pretending to be normal respectable people. But don't let these social lepers fool you. The best way to identify them is to slap a pair of handcuffs on them fast.
“The one seen here, Spanish bookseller Pedro Varela, committed the unbelievable crime of selling unauthorised, heretical history books. Difficult to believe anyone could be so profoundly evil, isn't it? Why couldn't he just sell normal books promoting uncontroversial subjects like anti-Christianity, sodomy and witchcraft?!
“For us the most important thing about living in a free society is being free from any worry that the history we learned at school and the news we see on TV is a pack of meticulously scripted, one-sided lies. Mr Varela, with his antisemitic historical revisionism, was clearly trying to stifle this peculiarly European freedom of ours.”
