Britney Kicks Kabbalah to the Curb?

Celebrity gossip site Perezhilton.com reports that Britney Spears has put the kibosh on her study of Kabbalah. Introduced to the belief system by Madonna, it seems that motherhood is trumping mysticism, as Spears explained in the "Love B: Stream of consciousness" section of britneyspears.com, "I no longer study Kabbalah, my baby is my religion."

While many are surely hoping that she'll soon be dropping another "K" from her life -- that would be K-Fed, her husband and children's father--it seems that the Kabbalah Centre can drop Britney's name off a possible list of young celebs to help tout their services.

Wow, Are they saying that she is not a stable well-grounded person, but, rather a flighty, twitterheaded flibber-gibbet? I never would have guessed.

Yeah, but giving up the Kabbalah nonsense is certainly a step in the right direction.

Her twititude is indisputable, whether or not she was taken out-of context.  I remember hearing that she was raised a Baptist though, so one can hope that she'll eventually come around.

She was not taken out of context, I actually looked at the site, since it told where this statement might be found. Very depressing place, very banal, egotistical, etc. However, there is nothing but a date and then "I no longer study Kabbalah, my baby is my religion now." Just that, nothing else. She's a featherbrained girl with her head firmly implanted in the depths of the world. Sad. A product of our twisted secular culture.

Some people are knocked to their senses.

When the 9/11 attacks happened, there were NO abortions FOR 2 WEEKS in New York City, NONE.

They had to give 'em away for free just to get "back in business". (business of slaughtering)

Could it be possible that the sudden responsibility of motherhood has knowcked some sense into her head?
