1) Where has the Church handed on the teaching that a layman can reject the teachings of an Ecumenical Council, or condemn them as being in error?

Where have they told us we can't? Isn't that more to the point?

2) Where has the Church handed on the teaching that the Church Herself can give the faithful all over the world a liturgy that is harmful to souls?

Are you saying that it has not happened? The fruits of the new liturgy are everywhere. You ask me what sort of a trad I am. One who has his eyes open and can see the damage caused by the new liturgy all over the place.

Are you saying all of the people that have fallen away since VII can rely on God's mercy to that extent? Can you say that all the people who stay but never confess and make sacreligious communions are not damaged by that practice?

Would you deny the low rate at which even Priests as well as laity no longer believe in the Real Pesence is not related to the new liturgy?

Just look aroung you next time you walk outside and you won't need to ask this of me.

Well, I just found out I've been shorted a go-cart -- now I'm pissed.

So you believe that the Infallible Church of Christ can give a Mass that is an incentive to impiety and harmful to souls?

Ourladyofconsolation, this isn't the place for this, but hey what the heck.  Do you realize that you must first doubt a priori the legitimacy of the Pope before you can further your line of inductive reasoning?

I have no idea how to convert that to pounds.  I suspect I'm just a wee bit over weight though.  Smile

Absolutely not, and I don't see how that relates to me as they are conclavists and I'm a Sedevacantist.
