What does everyone think of this quote?

The Church will be punished because the majority of her members, high and low, will become so perverted. The Church will sink deeper and deeper until she will at last seem to be extinguished, and the succession of Peter and the other Apostles to have expired. But, after this, she will be victoriously exalted in the sight of all doubters.

What does it mean for sedevacantism? I could see at as saying the new episcopal rites and modern popes are invalid, but when it say that it "seems" that way it is not the case.

It means it will seem that the true Church is gone but it's not is it! There is still a remnant to which we belong (traditionalists).

Yes, exactly, the real Chruch will be in eclipse,  that is hidden behind the imposters that are currently living in the Vatican and especially those goats in bishops miters the USCCB. So, the people trying to hold on to the teachings of Holy Mother Church prior to John the XXIII or  Jolly John the Pirate, as I refer to him. are the remnant trying to stay true to Christ. The real problem is one the Gloria1 posted elsewhere, after so many years of false teachilngs, and then the orignial false teachings being elaborated upon  it is very difficult to find out what is Catholic unless you use what I call the Litmus Test. Hold it up to teachings of the Church from Pius XII and backward to Peter. If it does not pass this test throw it out.

Many people (particularly anti-sedes) say, "If there is no Pope and no bishops, then it is all over..." - i.e., it seems to have all been extinguished.

That's my take on it, too.  It is the traditional Church which now "seems" to be extinguished for many people.  In fact, many, many people can't "find" the true Church.  I was one of them, and I'm still not home free.  The devil isn't so stupid as to cause the Church to drop off the face of the map entirely.  By transforming it into an unreasonable facsimile, he made sure that few got the wind up and hung onto the faith.  He took our inheritance and gave us a mess of pottage.  It is amazing how many people, esp. clergy, who found it acceptable.

agreed.

Quote from Saint Nicholas of Flue:

“The Church will be punished because the majority of her members, high and low, will become so perverted”

Here are some of the name calling done by the perverted low members of the church.

“those goats in bishops miters the USCCB”

“John the XXIII or  Jolly John the Pirate, as I refer to him”

“imposters that are currently living in the Vatican

mind you this is a layperson with no authority. It will only get worse with the sede movement. Just wait.

agreed. One Catholic teaching is that bad words lead to bad actions if not stopped in due time. The sede movement is in its “bad words” phase for now. But eventually the sedes will engage in bad actions. And if not checked, the sedes will find themselves to be part of the Message of the Third Secret of Fatima dressed as soldiers with their bullets and arrows shooting at the Holy Roman Pontiff and killing him. The sedes shoot now at the Holy Roman Pontiff with their terrible words.

Final word from Giles of Rome d1316:  “Such a one is the Supreme Pontiff, whose status is the holiest and most spiritual of all. Thus, all men must call him Most Holy Father, and all must present themselves to kiss his blessed feet.” De Ecclesiastica Potestate.

Warning,

If sedes took the man to be the Roman Pontiff, they would most happily do these things.  However, as they take him to be otherwise, they act accordingly.

How on earth can calling them goats in miters caps be compared to their covering up for the rape of our children. The Bible says that the goats will be seperated from the sheep. I ask you where do you think this group will line up? And, am I supposed to think that the last two men who called themself Pope were unaware of this situation? No, they are aware, but they are too busy having bare-breasted pagan women rub ashes on their forehead, sitting in synagogues and telling us how there is good in ALL religions. All who insist on following these so-called leaders down the path the are leading need to stop and clean your shoes, you have goat waste on the bottom.
