First of all, is there any way to pray the Liturgy of the Hours and the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary together in a harmonized and practical way?

If not, does the Little Office have the same indulgences as the LOTH attached to it?

Finally, I've heard that "partial readings" of the LOTH are sufficient for lay people to fulfill the obligations of the brown scapular and LOTH indulgences. Is this correct? If so, would the readings from the Magnificat magazine be sufficient for this?

I honestly don't know. I think they can be recited after each other, starting with the Liturgy of the Hours. I advise you however to get a Divine Office, that is a Breviary, which is pre-1970 and pray it. It fits better into the Traditional calendar of the Roman Rite Mass ("Tridentine" Rite) than the new Liturgy of the Hours.

The tradition with the Office of the Dead is to pray Vespers after Vespers of the day and Matins and Lauds after Lauds of the day (or Matins after Matins, if separated privately). The Office of the Dead only has those three Hours. The Little Office is no longer required, but I would guess that the custom was the same - to pray each Hour immediately after the Hour of the day. I don't have my 1568 Breviary around, but I can check that next week and see if the Rubrics say anything about it. The Rubrics of the Little Office itself, at least in the 1911 edition, don't specify.
