Hey all,

I finally got around to updating Firefox to 2.0, but now I'm struggling to see YouTube videos.  They play the audio, but I can't see them (or any of the controls).  I originally suspected that I had a flash issue, so I updated that (from the link on the Firefox Plugin page).  Any ideas as to what I ought to do next?

Thanks,

Pinoy Monk

I think flash uses DirectX.  Maybe try updating your video drivers and/or direct X.

I usually use Opera  . . .

btw . . . the flash-9 beta is still a little buggy, but it is a big improvement over flash-7

You also might want to check your router/firewall settings . . . Sometimes there are filters for Java aplets and other things.
