Yay! I figured out how to upload videos from our digital camera. :accolades These are some short clips of our baby girl! My dh is a funny guy, as he does voices, so this is not what he really sounds like. Enjoy! Anna-Sophia YouTube

The soul is a breath of living spirit, that with excellent sensitivity, permeates the entire body to give it life. Just so, the breath of the air makes the earth fruitful. Thus the air is the soul of the earth, moistening it, greening it.

What a gorgeous baby! But -- where are the extreme close-ups of her feets and hands?! Call me strange, but I wasn't the kind that immediately counted fingers and toes. Come to think of it I still haven't, though I probably should. The cutest story I've heard in a while was about a mom who would pray the rosary while nursing using the baby's toes to count a decade. I should take that up! Dh and I will work on extreme close-ups just for you. ;) Our digital camera (on which the videos were created) doesn't allow for us to use zoom while filming, so that's part of the problem. We'll start out with an extreme close up and just move the camera around her. Thanks for the comments guys! It was a fun project! P.S. Sophia, have you heard of Baby Einstein? I've heard of it but am not familiar. When I mentioned the use of classical music my friend recommended the cartoons of Baby Einstein. We listen to classical from about 9am till 4p.m, as that is what plays on our NPR station. From there we mix it up a bit. ;)

P.S. Sophia, have you heard of Baby Einstein? I've heard of it but am not familiar. I have heard of it, but we don't own it. We listen to a lot of classical music anyway, so we just didn't see the need to buy special "baby CDs." Music is meant to be enjoyed, not taken like a pill, lol. When I mentioned the use of classical music my friend recommended the cartoons of Baby Einstein.
Cartoons of Baby Einstein? Ack! So the music isn't enough, I guess? People are so funny. Yeah, those NPR kids programs can be really great. We listen to them too, sometimes.

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.– Buddha
Note: According to this precept, I find that Buddhism is NOT true. I have tested and judged many things, and the only Truth I have found is in God's One True Church: The Catholic Church.
Dear Lord, I know I can live by Your Holy Will every moment of my life, because You have given me faith that Your Grace will enable me to.

Still waiting on those extreme close-ups (is there anything more precious than a baby's little feets?!) Seriously, Nicollette, she is an especially beautiful baby. I pray she has a long, happy, Christ-filled life -- and gives you many grandchildren, if that is her vocation

He's thinking convent! lol
Here are some more updated videos (w/close ups just for you Vox ;)). I don't think i can change the quality of the videos on the camera so they are going to stay pretty pixelated. I've revamp our website so that the home page has direct links to the youtube page and her blog.
www.misererenobis.com or you can just go here: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=nicollette81 , the homepage has this link.
Enjoy!
Edit: or I can just embed the videos. duh. I've not been getting enough sleep, does it show?
Edited yet again: I can put video up on the mac but obviously not on the p.c. :p
