How to contact a celebrity?

I have taken a part time job out of necessity until I can find work as a medical assistant.  I am working as a job coach for the developmentally disabled.  One young lady that I work with has Downs Syndrome.  I asked if she had a boy friend and she told me yes.  She said his name is Jacob Young and he was an actor on All my Children.  I want to contact this actor and tell him about Michelle.  I know I am a freak but I thought many he would come see her.  How do I go about contacting a soap star.  I personally have no interest in entertainers but if it would make this young lady happy I would be willing to try.

Best of luck! If I find anything else, I'll post again. It's funny reading this because there is a woman at our parish who has Downs and she says her boyfriend is John Dye from "Touched by an Angel".
