Mine, thus far, is "Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence"--freakin' AWESOME!

Does "Where Charity and Love Prevail" qualify?

"Dies irae", with "Pange, lingua gloriosi" and "Adoro te devote" tied for second.

1. Veni, Veni Emmanuel (O Come, O Come Emmanuel), especially at Advent or Christmas Eve

2. Pange Lingua Gloriosi (my favorite English version reads, "Sing, my tongue, the glorious battle" by Pearcy Dearmer)

Hmm... I should have more, but I can't think of them right now. But my favorite hymns all sounds a million times better when you have a good choir and a master organist on speed, or at least a lot of Monster energy drinks.

Same here (in regard to "Dies irae"), except not "Adoro te devote," though it is a beautiful hymn. "Christe redemptor omnium" and "Salve festa dies" tie with "Pange, lingua gloriosi" for second, IMO.

Others on top of my mind:

"Salve mater misericordiae," "Ave plena gratiae," "Veni creator spiritus"
