Hello, I hope everyone had a very happy Christmas! I found out recently that I'm going to be in school at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri for three months and I'm hoping that there might be someone here who could steer me in the right direction.
I'm interested in keeping my Bible studies up while I'm in school, but the classes they offer on post tend to be a bit watery and milquetoast and so I'd like to find something traditional in the area. Are there any good diocese in the Missouri area?
One other question...I was reading another thread here about Conversion to Traditionalism and it had the following:
"You once were happy that lay persons had the option of receiving the precious Blood from the chalice; now you are horrified by it and never receive from the chalice yourself."

I'm confused by this because the military diocese always gives the Blood and I've been taking it for the last year. Could someone tell me why this shouldn't be done? I really don't want to be doing anything at all blasphemous or sacreligious. Would someone be willing to please explain where this change occurred or direct me to some readings on the subject
Respectfully,

MJS
