I prefer the St. Andrews Daily Missal, since it has all the propers in Latin and English.

Haha. The Curial Missal of the Roman Church's Curia?

Thanks for your response.  Do you know if the Fr Lasance New Roman Missal also has the propers in Latin and English?  I'm assuming the 1953 St Joseph does not; and the cover, though hard, doesn't look very durable... I rather have a flexible cover like that of the Angelus Press since mine still looks pretty good.

Is the St Andrew's printed on bible paper, or regular paper?  And does it look photocopied or clear and crisp (I think the proper word would be retypeset)?

Yes, for every single day of the year, as well as for proper mass and vigil mases. The Fr. Lasance missal is by far the best 1955 missal out there in my opinion.

I think I've said this before on another thread, but if you have plenty of time and patience, you can find some real treasures on Ebay.  Just recently I've picked up a 1955 New Marian Missal and a 1953 St. Joseph Missal (leather flex cover), both in almost mint condition.

Sure; why not?  It can be found here:

My 1953 St. Joseph does have the Latin and English. That's the missal we were talking about on another thread--you know, the one I can't part with Smile Just thought I'd let you know.
