It just dawned on me that I need to start practicing my laugh in front of the mirror again. It's a little disconcerting when I laugh like one of the crazy hyenas from "The Lion King" in front of everyone else.
At least you don't have to worry about having a "tinkling laugh" or being ladylike while laughing. That gives you a edge!

It's a little disconcerting when I laugh like one of the crazy hyenas from "The Lion King" in front of everyone else. After I heard my "blast laugh" (BAHH!) on the tape recorder I actually decided to try a new laugh - the nasal laugh - and vowed to practice it faithfully. But... once a blaster, always a blaster (sigh). - Lisa

A video on the many types of laughs: I wonder what Colleen Hammond thinks of Mary Poppins.

A good friend and worthy adversary.
Live your life in such a way that every morning when your feet hit the floor...Satan shudders and says..."Oh No...he's AWAKE!"
Sometimes the Internet reminds me of being in a chicken coop with an infinite number of Chicken Littles at any given millisecond dodging pieces of their falling skies.
There is a subtle difference between "invincible ignorance" and intolerably stupid.

I've been told that I laugh like Betty Rubble. But I don't think I always do, maybe when I'm trying to be a little quieter about it ;)

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.– Buddha
Note: According to this precept, I find that Buddhism is NOT true. I have tested and judged many things, and the only Truth I have found is in God's One True Church: The Catholic Church.
Dear Lord, I know I can live by Your Holy Will every moment of my life, because You have given me faith that Your Grace will enable me to.

Betty Rubble is one dainty babe. I laugh like Barney.
