It does make more sense though.

It does not make more sense.

Yer lucky that you wimmin don't have to pee in the outhouse. But any more sass and it's off to the latrine for all yall.

If you really, truly, love someone, you don't make her clean up your urine.

And conversely, if you really, truly, love someone, you'll happily clean up her urine.

Or, perhaps, if a woman becomes incapable of controlling her bladder, due to an accident, for instance, "true love" would dictate that she should kill herself, rather than have her devoted husband clean up her urine.

Yep, limited outlook, that's the problem, which skews perception and ability to really know what love is, truly.

Wow!

you don“t see the difference between someone not being capable to control their bladder properly, and someone simply to LAZY to do so? hm.....

I don't believe that's what I said whatsoever.

Are you saying men, are, by nature, lazy?

No, of course not - but not wanting to sit down on the toilet, or not putting down the lid again - knowing both will result in urine splattered around the toilet and bathroom - seems like a case of EXTREME lazyness.

Interesting.  Perhaps . . . to some.

So, anyway, the fact that foreign women make better wives--I don't know.  I just don't know.

Dont be suprised, there's lots he doesn't see.

Yep--progressive loss of peripheral vision can do that to a person.

Thanks for your continued concern there Cradle!

He does love folding (I'm not kidding, he's clearly crazy because folding is the worst household chore ever)

I vote for pairing socks as the worst.

Buy safety pins.  Pin your pairs of socks together before you throw them in the hamper.  Wash and dry them that way.  No pairing socks.

You're the kind of person I'd really like to hang around with.

Wow, I am a late bloomer in this thread. Can't believe I missed it.

In response to the original post... Yes, in my case, a foreign born wife worked out better for me. Not that I planned it that way or anything. It just kind of happened. Though I have to admit, I always had a thing for Latinas

In response to the rest of the debate... Does my wife do the majority of the house work? Well... yes.

I try to help out where I can, but there is only so much one can do after a 65 hr work week. Dishes sometimes, and the socks generally make it in the hamper. If they don't, it is because I missed, not due to me leaving them in the hallway.

My household chores also include jobs that require power-tools. This is a good thing to have me do because my wife is not the most mechanically inclined individual I have ever met. The way we see it, each of us have our own respective spheres of influence. Her with the Dewalt hammer drill would not be good for a number of reasons. It is also a generally prudent move to keep me away from the finances.

Simply put, we just try to help each other out where we can. That does not mean that I have a servant. Nor does that imply that I am just a sugar daddy. However, it is nice to not hear complaining about the laundry when I come home.

I have pretty thick skin, so your idiocy really doesn't bother me that much.

But, I'm curious, when you see someone in a wheelchair, do you point and say loudly things like "Hey look!  That guy can't walk--I wonder if he works or is 'Novus Ordo'?"
