Wow.... it's a shame real life interaction is allowed to lag so far behind. Working towards stronger parishes and family based communities should be a priority. Online communities bolstering that is nice too.

Then again I asked him, "supposing the Pope looked up and saw a cloud and said 'It's going to rain', would that be bound to happen?"
"Oh, yes, Father."
"But supposing it didn't?"
He thought a moment and said, "I suppose it would be sort of raining spiritually, only we were too sinful to see it."

I just want to clarify that when I said I was offended I was joking. I was playing on the term "stroppy". Sorry about that. I should have included a ;) or a Sticking tongue out at you

I figgered you were joking about that ... I hope you were joking in calling yourself "a fat munter." You're cute, you know.

No, stroppiness is bad. Dealing with other people's indignation is a headache.

I agree about stroppiness being the worst part.

King Solomon seemed to think so, too, with his "It is better to dwell on the corner of a roof-top than in a house with a contentious woman."

Ah, Solomon.  He had women problems.

Hmm.  Wait.

King Solomon's problems were caused by his foreign wives!  LOL  What does that mean in the context of this thread?  Huh?

it means "Trust the stroppiness you know" as opposed to the stroppiness you dont!"
