This is an insult to the Holy Father! The Holy Father is not a celebrity and he should not be given gifts from those who promote a diabolical, amoral "sport". I saw this picture while I was searching for pictures of His Holiness and I'm sick to my stomach.

You may have to copy and paste the URL to see the picture.

Ashamed that traditional Catholics have given in to the "bourgeosie" culture of the Protestant ethic. Hurt to think that those who should be salt for the earth prefer throwing sand in others eyes to Charity and conversion. Veteran ashamed to think my brothers and sisters should pray for the destruction of the nation I served, consumed in hatred. May good priests offer the Sacrifice of the Holy Mass for the restoration of the Church, because I don't know where to find her at all any more. God save us all, and God give us the answers, because it seems no one has them.

Anyone want to fill me in on why football is diabolical and amoral? Dare I ask?

What is diabolical is that soccer is being called football.

I don't see any insult though.

Football players are terrible examples for Catholic children, and any Catholic for that matter. Football games often display women without a trace of chastity flaunting themselves to the world! The devil comes dressed as an angel of light.

You mean soccer players.

How are they terrible examples? Children play soccer don't they? Is that wrong?
