Short reading for every day

Does anybody know how to set it up so that a system sends reading for the day automatically to one's email?

I forget to check the daily reading too much.

I forget to check the daily reading too much.

I thought it was in blog format; I would have suggested RSS feeds. But since the daily entries are static and aren't strictly separated from each other, I don't think there's an easy way to accomplish this.
