The best part about any structure is that they are not touchable by the local ordinaries. I wonder if they will need permission to build new Chapels in existing diocseses from the NO Bishop. Hopefully not. They need to be able to run their own show worldwide answerable to only the Pope. Also I hope they get to keep 4 Bishops and keep replacing them as needed. It is important for them to have their own Bishops from the Society that can administer all the Traditional sacraments and who are steeped in Traditional theology.

I think ironing out all the practical juridical details will take time. It does seem from my extremely limited viewpoint that some temporary grant of jurisdiction in the meantime would be good for all involved.

I mean, the necessity of such a thing in the first place is of course debatable (and has been debated a lot ), but that would make it good for souls no matter how you look at it or what side of the debate one was on.
