To think, it wouldn't have been "murder" by some evil politicians because of the timing...and to think that this child lived despite their evil beliefs.

This alarms me not just because it is horrible but because I've read about two other cases like this in the past couple years. Once this would have been unheard of.

I'm posting these stories for several reasons.

One is that the average "bad" story in this forum isn't really all that bad. Another is that it is police officers who are the first to respond to these situations, and it can happen to any police officer and given enough time, it will. Perhaps if people realise that that cop could respond to a decapitated baby call, or a rotting corpose of a women slashed open, they'd be less inclined to think less of him when he seems to have a short fuse for stupid crap.
