I had three cups of coffee today at it's 4:54am because I can't sleep at all. How do you get any rest on two pots of coffee and red bull  :o

I can drink coffe at 11 pm, and be asleep a half hour later. My mom says it's a Dutch thing(she's from Holland) coffee is a big thing there
