It is likely that I will be placing an order with you eventually. Do to my rather "rough" and "wearing" lifestyle, I am particularly fond of rope rosaries. (Every rosary I have ever had has broken, usually often enough that it is a problem.) I have not as of yet obtained any rope rosaries, and I see this as good an opportunity as ever.

Can I order in bulk?
I have a rope rosary, if you want it.

That would be wonderful. I will provide details in PM, as can you.

I do not see how you could possibly break it in anyway that would make it hard to use (it would be possible to break the cross bar on the cross if you wanted to).

That is good news.

Also, I could make a wire wrapped rosary, which I defy you to break.

I have never owned a wire-wrapped rosary before, but there could be a first time for it. I have many problems with rosaries breaking, but the most common problem is daily transportation in the pocket. The links get pushed around in the pocket and they eventually bend apart.

Most commercial rosaries are extremely weak. They break at the slightest reason and use low gauge wire and weak links.

Indeed.

My rosaries are very robust...

Robust for the Crusading Catholic lifestyle, eh? I could use something like that.

Maybe you could do what I used to do; have a rosary for home and a rosary for travel.

I have tried that, but the travel rosary always breaks, and I end up having to use the home rosary for travel and home. The home rosary then breaks while traveling, and now I have a whole pile of rosaries with missing beads, broken links, and even missing Crucifixes.

I now use the same rosary ( http://img207.imageshack.us/i/cimg0257pp0.jpg/ ) for that. Despite being constantly in my jacket pocket, it has never broken.

Ok, that is a common problem for commercial rosaries. A wire wrapped rosary would not have that problem. The only immediate problem I could see is that one could possibly deform larger loops, but they cannot be forced open in that regard (if I have to undo a link for any reason, I cut it with wire cutters). My normal rosaries also do not get forced open like that. I use higher gauge wire than a commercial rosary. I have seen these types of rosaries; they seemed designed to break. If you wanted a Memento Mori rosary, I could make it in the normal fashion and any repairs would be free and if you broke it during normal use more than once, I'd use the same parts to make a wire wrapped rosary for you for no extra cost (repair for the first break would be free). I doubt you would force open the links of the rosaries I have shown above from normal use (if you put in your back pocket, this does not apply...sitting on my rosaries is not a good option), so if you wanted one of them, I can try to make it as risk free as possible. I also have a wire wrapped rosary ready (the blue one), so if you wanted one of those to try out, it is ready to be sent. If you want either, the rope rosary would be free with it.

The crucifix on my rosary is 4.5" long and the beads are 12mm in diameter. It is constantly in my jacket pocket when not in use along with my bible. I have more fear of breaking a bead than breaking a link (jet beads).

If you want those rosaries fixed, I could probably do that for you.

Well, I'd consider it an ultimate rosary, but I don't know about the ultimate Catholic.
