More awkward:  accidentally making eye-contact with the only other person in an elevator and waiting out the rest of a long ride in silence with eyes diverted down only to exit on the same floor OR the feeling that you are wearing your V-neck t-shirt backwards even though you are absolutely positive you are wearing it the right way?
