I am perfectly terrible at both, but for the sake of choosing I shall say the long jump, as it is far less scary than the high jump.

Solemnior, but I still mix it up with the Dominican rite, which is similar, and which I would prefer to both, if a) I could remember it and b) I ever had (liturgical) occasion to sing it.

If it's romance, it has to be high romance.  Otherwise, mystery.  But I might pick high romance over mystery.  It's more mysterious. ;)
