I didn't know what thread to post this under, so I'm starting my own. I'm going with a new look for my Sunday's best. Only have one set but I'm working further. Plus some people apparently wanted to see my new hat.

This is the first photo.

And here is a closer look.

Bloggers were invented ca. 300 AD. and were originally called "monks." Like their distant social descendants, monks had horrible haircuts, rarely left their home, spoke a language to eachother no one else understood, and never went on dates.

I don't have that kind of mustache yet.

Unless you are growing a full beard, get rid of the two days' grown of facial hair...

Sunday best should not include a method of taking drugs.

Otherwise, looks pretty good. As for the facial hair, unless you want to wear a veil at mass, do not shave.

I like it.

Keep the pipe.  It just looks cool! Smile

It's hard to see in the light, but I actually do have a pretty thick mustache and goatee. Just that because my skin is rather dark it kind of blends in under darker light.

I shaved the cheeks because if you had seen what it looked like without shaving you'd know why. Sadly, the facial hair on my cheeks comes in too sparse to make an appropriate beard.

I smoke on Sundays after Mass not as a way of forgetting the solemnity but as a way of celebration. I did not smoke during Lent for the sake of the solemnity, discipline, and penance. So I should clarify that I do not smoke before Mass or immediately after in the parking lot, but I do smoke at gatherings after Mass.

The "invisible beard" excuse, eh?

If this is a test to see who is the manliest than I concede.
