I'm jealous of both of you.

I had left over chilli con carne in a wrap with some salad.

A new (to me) recipie that the local food co-op featured awhile ago and I cooked it up last weekend for this week's lunches: Spinach Lentil Soup.  I never follow recipies exactly, but here is what was handed out with the samplling:

3/4 lb Lentils
1 stalk celery diced (I always use lots more)
1/2 lb spinach, chopped
1/3 lb pasta (they used small sea shells and I did to)
1/2 cup olive oil, or butter
4 tsp. minced garlic
Salt, pepper, parmesan cheese grated on top.

I also added diced sweet onion.  Corn would be a nice additon, I think..  The next batch (got the fresh spinach at the mid-week farmers market tonight) I think I will also add sweet Italian sausage.

Gonna make a big pot of "from scratch" baked beans for a house warming party Saturday.  Hope there are some left overs for next week's lunches.
