Sliders and tots. And no one was sharing for once so I double-dipped in the ketchup to my heart's content.

A hamburger with salad

On a Friday?!   Unsure

Haha- no, the time difference means that it's Saturday here in Australia. Right, Teresia?! Sticking tongue out at you

It means that over here in America people will consider her a sinner while in Australia she can get away scot-free.   Mad
Right, Maiden of God, it was Saturday here. And Jester,  you really need to hurry up with your time as you are too far in the past  Sticking tongue out at you

Today, (new years day) I had seafood cocktail, stuffed fish with scalloped potatos and smoked salmon on open sandwiches. For some reason, it's a Scandinavian tradition to have fish on New Years day. Not too sure why!lol.

Wow!! Thanks, Pia  Smile Now, I will not question eating fish anymore on New years, lol. This year I asked mum if we could have bangers, mash and salad, and she was horrified that I wanted to break tradition!lol.

I actually thought that the idea of eating fish came from the old Catholic tradition of fasting on the vigils before large feasts (so for new years, fasting on the eve of the new year).
