Bagel with cream cheese and a latte.

Same today.

"Tenthly, one should pour tea into the cup first. This is one of the most controversial points of all; indeed in every family in Britain there are probably two schools of thought on the subject. The milk-first school can bring forward some fairly strong arguments, but I maintain that my own argument is unanswerable. This is that, by putting the tea in first and stirring as one pours, one can exactly regulate the amount of milk, whereas one is liable to put in too much milk if one does it the other way round."

I actually cut coffee back to one cup a day for a while, but I couldn't function.  So, I'm back up to 3-5.

Just get a new cup, and you can cut back to one cup of day, again.

I should just drink out of the carafe.

But as I get older, it tends to upset my stomach.  So once in a while I pop one of those energy shots that have caffeine and Vitamin B.  They actually work really well, for me at least, but they're kinda expensive.  Maybe I should just pop some No-Doz and vitamins...

Tuna on white bread with celery and a diet coke. Blue corn chips and salsa. Feeling very replete.
