God made breasts to feed babies. How could bottles possibly be a better solution to His perfect, natural design? Do you presume to know better than God?
Actually, this is not what I said. Re-read it. You can disagree with me but you don't need to mischaracterize what I said in order to do it. I talked about baby bottles as a solution to feed babies in public, not as an absolute alternative to natural breast-feeding.

"THE LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the protector of my life: of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 26:1)
"And we, too, being called by His will in Christ Jesus, are not justified by ourselves, nor by our own wisdom, or understanding, or godliness, or works which we have wrought in holiness of heart; but by that faith through which, from the beginning, Almighty God has justified all men; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen." — Clement, bishop of Rome
"I love truth," says he, "and not sects. I am sometimes a peripatetic, a stoic, or an academician, and often none of them; but—always a Christian. Let us read the historians, the poets, and the philosophers; but let us have in our hearts the gospel of Jesus Christ, in which alone is perfect wisdom and perfect happiness." — Petrarch

I keep myself decent when I nurse, but there's no way im gonna hide away like im doing something dirty and shameful. You dont eat your dinner on the toilet, why should my baby? Often a stinky public restroom is the only place to hide

Yes, I could go and comment about some type of male masturbation or penis problem at the men's forum. What if I said something like "Men who have problem ____ should just cut it off to fix their problem. Wouldn't you then tell me that by being a woman I could not possibly understand and I have no idea what I am talking about. Not really. Being a woman doesn't prevent you to form an opinion on a male subject. However, to suggest male castration seems a bit extreme, at least when it's out of context. Wouldn't it make sense that since I know nothing of the subject that I should learn more about it before forming an opinion? And being an "expert" on that subject would you not be even a little offended if I kept insisting my solution was right. I gave an opinion against women breast-feeding in public and I suggested an alternative. Baby bottles seem quite reasonable to me, however you (and others) passionately disagree. As far as I'm concerned, it's all fine. The world hasn't come to an end and certainly none of us should be "infuriated to no end".

If God meant us to not breastfeed in public, He would have founded some kind of alternative. Yes. He gave us brains which in turn were able to invent baby bottles. I keep myself decent when I nurse, but there's no way im gonna hide away like im doing something dirty and shameful. The activity of breast-feeding is not "dirty and shameful". The objection here is the public exposure of female breasts, an issue of public decency.

The breasts need not be exposed in order to breast feed in public. There are plenty of ways to be discreet about it. Now if you're gonna sit there and stare like a perv, you might get a glimpse, but that's not the woman's fault.
Vetus, you might as well give it up, you know that you're not winning anyone over to your stance on breastfeeding in public. Most people are decided on this issue one way or the other.

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.– Buddha
Note: According to this precept, I find that Buddhism is NOT true. I have tested and judged many things, and the only Truth I have found is in God's One True Church: The Catholic Church.
Dear Lord, I know I can live by Your Holy Will every moment of my life, because You have given me faith that Your Grace will enable me to.

The question of decency is not about those who might want to "get a glimpse" but about the public exposure of the breasts itself. It's primarliy about the woman and her dignity and decency when in public, not about those who may see or may want to see her breasts or not. When in public, baby bottles seem a fine alternative to me but it seems you object to that. Vetus, you might as well give it up, you know that you're not winning anyone over to your stance on breastfeeding in public. Most people are decided on this issue one way or the other. Having our minds made up doesn't prevent any of us from discussing and exchanging views with others. Otherwise, FE would be a dead forum by now.

Obviously, you have not experience with hungry babies ;) When in public, baby bottles seem a fine alternative to me but it seems you object to that.
What would you have in these bottles?

What picture could capture more beauty, more dignity, or decency than a mother nursing her child?
Evidently, some Catholics don't have a problem with public nursing:

A picture of a man beating another man who tried to stop her?
