Apparently it's not "masque."

It's "masjid."

And man, what a different religion Islam is.  Take some time to visit sites like this:

Go to the websites of local masjids in your area.  I was doing that earlier.  I began to have a sinking feeling.  Apparently the Muslim population in my city has been increasing exponentially since the mid-90s.

I guess that explains the sharp increase in the number of robed personages walking around...

I don't care what anybody says, as long as the Church is in its present state of decline, Islam will make enormous progress in the West.  It won't be good in the end.  But Fulton Sheen, among others, have apparently been convinced that Islam would be converted en masse at some point and that Our Lady would be instrumental in that.

That's why I'm not too terribly worried despite the possibility that Christians may become a minority religion in my own city before I die.

Yeah I believe that Our Lady will be instrumental in Islamic conversions en masse too but not before a proper consecration of Russia.  This page says there are 7 million Muslims in the US as of 2010 or just less than 2.5 % of the population.  It's about the same in Canada.

If you don't have babies, you won't have a future.  (Cue Whitney Houston,  "I believe the children are the future.") That's real simple and Europeans are not reproducing.  Nature abhors a vacuum. 

Europe committed a form of soul suicide in the two world wars - which represent an enormous and costly failure of European institutions.  For a while it looked as tho Europe would recover from this disaster, but over time the soft rot of a culture in moral free fall has become visible to all.   They have lost faith in everything except Saturday nite.
