The field is too short and one endzone ends at a brick wall (so, one has an inch to stop after making a touch down). So, instead of finding another field or fixing this one, they are playing with one endzone.

Strange thing is that the Bears used to play home games at Wrigley and they were able to fit the proper dimensions in it unless they did some renovations to the field to shorten it

they changed the seating section in theoutfield bleachers, when the Bears played the field was orientated the other direction and there was enought room. My hubby says it was a pretty good game even with the odd rules with one endzone...I could not see hte game...I had to work.  :(

Best quote ever!!! The question is not: is it boorish to demand sex by tapping the Summa and pointing up the stairs? (The answer would obviously be yes, unless someone has a kink for Scholasticism).~~Quis

Did anyone see the Notre Dame-Army game at Yankee Satdium two weeks ago? That was done well.
