Correct.

And the remaining clues:

No 11. is an incredibly prolific classically-trained British actor who I’m surprised hasn’t been guessed yet.  He played a pope once (in fact, I think he’s playing a pope in that picture).  Pius V, I believe.

No. 12 is a Native American of note.

No. 31 is still Scottish.  He was a co-protagonist in an excellent historical novel from 1982.

We're down to these two gentleman whose bravery was recorded in the last quarter of the 18th century.  One a Scot, the other an American Revolutionary.  Both had maritime adventures.  One of them, like Sandy Denny, even has a connection to Led Zeppelin.
