Author Topic: Please pray for me , Heart Surgery  (Read 722 times)

Thank  you for your thoughts and prayers. I was moved from the ICU today to a ward bed. I was having a lead extraction x2 done and my ICD was being replaced. The surgery was a total of 5 hours ( much longer than expected) . What great news to come to the Heart floor and find a computer room. Things sure have changed in the last few years. I have a congenital condition called Idiopathic Hypotrophic Subaeortic Stenosis (spelling?)  plus I also suffer from bouts of A Fib and VT . It was a great consolation to be in a truly Catholic hospital where while I was lying on the surgery slab the only thing I could see on the wall was a crucifix of our Lord. It brought me great peace.  Thank you Fishies !
