The monastic diurnal just has the day hours, right?  Is there such a thing as a monastic nocturnal?

Never seen Matins printed separately. Just a full Breviary, Monastic, Secular or other Western Rite.

It appears that Lancelot Andrewes Press sells a two-volume set that does all of the hours: http://www.andrewespress.com/matins.html

Word of caution: they are an oddball "Western Orthodox" publisher.

That Monastic Diurnal looks beautiful.  And it's cheap.  Just not sure of I would feel following the Benedictine Use..

High Church Anglican in communion with the EO Patriarch of Antioch, yeah.  LOL

Their BCP has the full texts of "The Divine Liturgy of St. Gregory" (AKA the TLM in nice English and altered to fit Orthodoxy) and "The Divine Liturgy of St. Tikhon of Moscow" (AKA Cranmer Orthodoxed up).

Do you happen to know, what's the difference between the TLM in nice English altered to fit Orthodoxy, and an Orthodoxed up version of Cranmer?

Aren't they both essentially the same thing?

Sure, their Western Rite group has the full text of the approved services online: http://www.allmercifulsavior.com/Liturgy2/sasb.pdf

There are some prayers that are original to Cranmer that still are used in one rather than the other, such as some pre-communion prayers.  The Consecration is different, as well.

No problem.  Frankly, this is the wackiest of the wacky in my view, but somehow I have a soft spot for these guys.  Bold trads at heart, I guess.

Ah, but Parmandur, I know of a far wackier set of folks with a LOT more followers - they all go along with this terrible thing called the "Novus Ordo."   Grin
