Or, 4-6 if we're talking tiny, by-the-book measurements. ;) Years ago, someone on one of these forums (here, or possibly Incorruptibles) gave me a pancake recipe that I
loved. It was the perfect recipe: made just a few good-sized pancakes, and called for
vanilla (and lemon juice, if I recall correctly), so the pancakes tasted soooo good.
Anybody remember doing me this kindness? I can't shake the feeling that it was Jenn...but I'd hate to PM her (or you, if you're reading this, Jenn) and find out that it wasn't her, after all. After all, who PMs people asking for their personal pancake recipe out of the blue?
The long and the short of it is that I can't find the recipe now, and I'm having pancake cravings, and I'm the only one in the family who likes them!
So if you're out there, recipe-donor, could you please,
please post the recipe again? Or if anyone knows of a similar recipe, I'm definitely open to suggestions for the perfect pancake.
