At lest that would be respectable." - Popscile "[Scipio's] high on mouth and low on brains" - a brainiac "...all I can guess is that maybe you're gay and haven't figured it out yet." ....LOL "a malicious twerp" - A candylander "I ain't no freakin' monument to justice!" -Moonstruck "Check out the big brain on Brad" - Jules

Promoting Freemasonry / Shriners? That's against the rules. Look, I don't have time to unscrew this thread. To the new people, just behave. To the old hands, also, just behave. Just act like adults for a while so I can get my own life unscrewed, then I can deal with this stuff. Thanks

This thread reminds of a movie "Nice Guys Sleep Alone" . Not a great film but it starts with a dedication that goes something like "dedicated to all those who have responded to the "Let's be friends" speech by having the courage to say "I have enough friends". Once I started saying that I found a wife. I was often considered too nice but I found someone who appreciates me. I think that is what to aim for. Just my two cents, the mileage of others may vary.

"Arise, then unconquerable Prince, defend the people of God against the assaults of the reprobate spirits, and give them the victory." Dedicated to a brother who gave all "The muffled drum's sad roll has beat The soldier's last tatoo; No more on life's parade shall meet That brave and fallen few. On fame's eternal camping ground their silent tents are spread, And Glory guards, with solemn round, The bivouac of the dead." --Theodore O'Hara

I find you to be obnoxious (remember you wanting a mega-quake in California, my home, to "shake away"?). Dirty joke? See above.
And you're the one making crude generalizations, you seem to think that it's just the fault of men.
California is my home as well and I've been in any number of earthquakes, including the big Loma Prieta one. Which didn't happen in your area, assuming you were even born yet. And you're still an idiot, now you're just an idiot with wounded pride.

"Tenthly, one should pour tea into the cup first. This is one of the most controversial points of all; indeed in every family in Britain there are probably two schools of thought on the subject. The milk-first school can bring forward some fairly strong arguments, but I maintain that my own argument is unanswerable. This is that, by putting the tea in first and stirring as one pours, one can exactly regulate the amount of milk, whereas one is liable to put in too much milk if one does it the other way round." "THE LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the protector of my life: of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 26:1)
"And we, too, being called by His will in Christ Jesus, are not justified by ourselves, nor by our own wisdom, or understanding, or godliness, or works which we have wrought in holiness of heart; but by that faith through which, from the beginning, Almighty God has justified all men; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen." — Clement, bishop of Rome
"I love truth," says he, "and not sects. I am sometimes a peripatetic, a stoic, or an academician, and often none of them; but—always a Christian. To philosophise is to love wisdom; and the true wisdom is Jesus Christ. Let us read the historians, the poets, and the philosophers; but let us have in our hearts the gospel of Jesus Christ, in which alone is perfect wisdom and perfect happiness." — Petrarch

I married one. I'm happy for you. But you did have a thing for bad boys, didn't you? I liked all men. There are always preferences. Most girls have a thing for bad boys, it's natural. No shame in that. You can confess it. You're already married so there's no problem.
