If you are up at this time in your time zone, post.

Only post on this thread at around this time! Others refrain from posting so we can see is up early.

It is nearly midday for me. I have been up for hours and went to the store (nice and quiet walk...nothing like 02:00 in July here!) and now I am back eating lunch (I guess you could call it that).

Thinking of making my video now, but thinking of waiting until after mass. Then I will go to bed and be up for work tonight.

The early bird gets the worm, but I didn't see any worms. And I'm glad. I see skunks though.

I'm awake... but I wish that I wasn't.

maybe I should just stay up and go to Mass sooner rather than later.

I see no skunks, but I hear dogs.

I'm awake, but I shouldn't be.

It's 5 am here & I dont think sleep will be an option anytime soon really, but Mass this AM will still happen & thats honestly the main thing.

I see no skunks, hear no dogs... the house is horribly, eerily, awfully quiet.

I am saying a Rosary w/ my bro in a couple mins, though Smile

I'm up as well. I've always been a very "nocturnal" person. For some reason, I find myself more motivated for creative or intellectual exercises as night than I do during the day. It's been like that every since I was a very young.

... No idea why.  Huh?

Would you please spare an AVE for my deceased Aunt Elizabeth who left us on July 16th 2010? May God reward you.

Here too.  Mornings were always torture, even as a school child (and I'm not even much of a sleeper or fatigue sufferer, I just hate morning -- even the air makes me feel constricted and ill since dampness and I don't mix).  In the summer, I would by default stay up all night unless I needed to be somewhere early in the day.  I'm still like that.  Sure, I can make myself do stuff before noon, but it's like how other people are if they try to pull a graveyard shift -- it's unnatural.

I don't call it insomnia, because it's not -- I sleep as much as my body needs and I suffer no ill effects.  It's just how I am.  In college, when I took anthro, they talked about the fact that some people, since the dawn of time, have been hard wired to be the "night watch."  Maybe that's us?  *shurg*
