Thank you lord, for putting up with a miserable wretch like me!

PSALM 42

Judica me Deus, et discerne causam meam de gente non sancta: ab homine iniquo et doloso erue me.
Quia tu es Deus fortitudo mea: quare me repulisti, et quare tristis incedo, dum affligit me inimicus?
Emitte lucem tuam, et veritatem tuam: ipsa me deduxerunt, et adduxerunt in montem sanctum tuum, et in tabernacula tua.
Et introibo ad altare Dei: ad Deum qui lætificat juventutem meam.
Confitebor tibi in cithara Deus, Deus meus: quare tristis es anima mea, et quare conturbas me?
Spera in Deo, quoniam adhuc confitebor illi: salutare vultus mei, et Deus meus.

I will go in to the altar of God: to God Who giveth joy to my youth.
Judge me, O God, and distinguish my cause from the nation that is not holy; deliver me from the unjust and deceitful man.
For Thou art, God, my strength; why hast Thou cast me off? and why do I go sorrowful whilst the enemy afflicteth me?
Send forth Thy light and Thy truth: they have conducted me and brought me unto Thy holy hill, and into Thy tabernacles.
And I will go in to the altar of God: to God Who giveth joy to my youth.
To Thee, O God, my God, I will give praise upon the harp: why art thou sad, O my soul, and why dost thou disquiet me?
Hope in God, for I will still give praise to Him, the salvation of my countenance and my God.

The priest at our SSPX chapel informed us this yesterday in his sermon.
He could be wrong I am looking for some documentation from the Holy See.

This is not the place for that kind of arguments.

Thank you Lord: you're my light, my salvation, the sustenance of my being, the father of mercies, the consoling spirit, my sovereign king, my lord and master.

Have mercy on me, a sinner.

(This fresco of the Good Shepherd was found on the ceiling of the Vault of Lucina in the Catacomb of Callixtus in Rome.)

Quote from: Psalm 22 (23)
"(A Psalm of David.) The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever."

Quote from: John 10:11-16
"I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd."

...as it is written: That eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, what things God hath prepared for them that love him.

Thank you , Lord, for your promises.

Thank you, Lord, that my friend Dave did not commit suicide as he threatened and for the prayers offered up by many Fisheaters for him!
