Luke 9:44 (Confraternity):

"But while all marvelled at all the things that he was doing, he said to his disciples: 'Store up these words in your minds: the Son of Man is to be betrayed into the hands of men.'"

Have you ever seen any reading of this as pertaining not only to the obvious, but to communion in the hand?

No way is that the correct interpretation.

There's no such thing as "same sex marriage." Marriage is between one man and one woman. Period.

We worship as you once worshipped.
If you were right then, we are right now.
If we are wrong now, you were wrong then.

There is nothing more necessary to the survival of the Church than the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass; to hide it from sight is to shake the foundations of the Church. The whole Christian, religious, priestly life rests on the Cross, on the Holy Sacrifice of the Cross renewed on the altar. --- Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre

I beg you to pray for priests, most especially those on the road to Hell. They do not enter there alone, but with thousands of others that have followed them.

Also I think the weakest argument against communion in the hand is the hand part. Priests handle the Host, albeit with great reverence and care. A much stronger argument is the dignity of the priesthood and the reverence for the Presence of Christ.

It's hard to maintain that argument in a parish with excessive use of extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist.

To which I would reply "would you Confess your sins to anyone who wasn't a priest?"
