I appreciated the candidness, at least. This is a forum for adults, after all.
I'm a red blooded male who likes boobies. I just don't see how arms or even cleavage can send one into a masturbatory frenzy, unless there are many other repressive factors at work.
I have hung around in a few Muslim countries, and I live in Britain where there are a lot of Muslim women who are very well covered up. I note however that all this covering up of women does not make men treat them with respect nor are Muslim men less prone to lust. There is a LOT of sexual perversion, sodomy, prostitution, rape, homosexual sodomy and other sins of the flesh which goes on in the Muslim world. particularly in those countries Luke Yemen and Saudi and Afghanistan where women are covered up entirely. Clearly the men and adolescents in these cultures are not being turned on by upper arms, lower arms or the tenderness of the back of a Muslim lady's knee.
I think there is a bell curve of sexual sensitivity or lustfullness. Different people at different ages and with different nationalities would be moved by lesser or greater amounts of Stimuli. Additionally each individual varies because of age, maturity, how busy they are with their day job and other factors that have hard wired their neurons. I didn't have a thing about raven haired chicks in skin tight black outfits until I saw the circus performance with pope Benedict.
The key thing here is not to over-react as that just makes it worse. Just admit to yourself that some women are highly attractive, but in 20 years they won't be. Know your weaknesses and avoid them as much as possible, but the Muslim world suggests to me that covering up does not tackle this problem at all and just turns the bulk of men into perverts.
