I was thinking "Mantis shrimp" or "Pistol shrimp" when I saw the title.

I still think the fungi spore dispersal doesn't quite count. I mean, the organism itself is not moving that fast.

Look up some videos on those shrimps...that is a bit more impressive than a fungi exploding spores a few metres.
