Do you realise that you sent me a PM about a typo I made in the middle of a long post?

Yes. Do you understand why I did that? Do you need me to explain it?

Despite the whimsical manner in which the typo was referenced, I found the information useful. I have often written I desired to be notified of errors so I could correct them.

I do not think that is why you notified me, but the utility of the information was more important than your intent.

rosarium you dont have to be so snippity theres still time to join the FE bachelors and win a date with lolanthe

I do not go on dates. I am not called to be married. I do not entertain the idea in my interactions with others.

I will happily pray she finds a good Catholic husband to guide her.

I too, am curious about all of my bloody chums.  I agree with Iola's thoughts on that matter.  And very kind words from you, Old Dan Salt.  You get a bolishnodov or whatever that fish soup is called.

I think Vetus is right.  It'll be gone by Christmas.

Thank you Mith.
I guess this thing is just a popularity contest, without the singing or modeling.

Perhaps that is the issue, that we need to sing and model more.  Then we will have more fish soup.

My opinion of your hypocrisy is more important to me than the relative importance of the pieces of information you've received from me and the order of importance you put them in. Why write something if it has no use for other people? Your comments are futile.

"Tenthly, one should pour tea into the cup first. This is one of the most controversial points of all; indeed in every family in Britain there are probably two schools of thought on the subject. The milk-first school can bring forward some fairly strong arguments, but I maintain that my own argument is unanswerable. This is that, by putting the tea in first and stirring as one pours, one can exactly regulate the amount of milk, whereas one is liable to put in too much milk if one does it the other way round."

Your comments are futile.

I thought they were futile, but since you have realised that writing to you is futile, it must not be futile.

I already knew that your comments were futile before you wrote them, so I didn't learn anything from them. You have nothing to offer me. And you lack an appreciation for satire.

You have nothing to offer me.

Do you want a custom rosary? A mass offered for you? Prayers for a specific intention?
