And people wonder why women in the 1950s stuck their heads into ovens...

Is this describing a wife or a slave?

Heck, slaves in the South weren't expected to be so deferential to their masters.

Yes, this was a fake. A disturbing fake.

Here we go:

Looks like I was right.

ETA: Thanks for throwing +Williamson under the bus, as well.  Hopefully you were just kidding, but still...it's evocative of all the people who can't help but to use the word "pedophile" when they hear the word "priest".

First of all, I have great respect for +Williamson--when he sticks to matters of the Faith. On his own personal opinions, however, some are just as disturbing as this article.

That aside, I did post this article in jest--to poke fun at some of the more...interesting...threads on this forum.

The way people often misrepresent him is also disturbing.  Besides, doesn't the title of a thread generally have to be related to the op?

I wouldn't know.  I rarely come in here.

By the way, did you know it was fake before posting?

 Ciao

First--this is a lighthearted subforum--if Vox disapproves, she can move it.

Second, I suspected as much, yes.

Yeah, great points Dr. Phil.  Society is a much better and happier place now.  Thanks for sharing.
