From: http://shine.yahoo.com/parenting/hottest-baby-names-2011-045700462.htmlTop 10 boys' names of 2011 1. Aiden 2. Jackson 3. Mason 4. Liam 5. Jacob 6. Jayden 7. Ethan 8. Noah 9. Lucas 10. Logan
Top 10 girls' names of 2011 1. Sophia 2. Emma 3. Isabella 4. Olivia 5. Ava 6. Lily 7. Chloe 8. Madison 9. Emily 10. Abigail
These lists are always fun, although I don't much care for many of these names and I think it's really dumb people name their children after twilight characters.

Of course. I'm just kidding around with all the strange names that we hear now. Naming people after presidents (especially girls) sounds so strange to me. Madison, Reagan, Clinton (yes, I've heard that), and so on.

Aiden, Liam, Ethan, Noah, Logan...
Did these parents put much thought into the naming of their sons or did they just flip open a 10 year old copy of New Musical Express and point?

Jacob and Isabella are on the list because there the main characters in the "Twilight Saga", so I don't think much thought or concern is put into naming kids anymore.

Those are all great names, except for Logan. I don't pay much mind about why, because I was named after a movie star, but it was a saint's name. Logan is hard because it is a last name, but maybe they have a good middle name. I think it is good that they are real names as opposed to Sunshine, which is a pretty idea, but shouldn't be a name.
